Diese Seite ist ein rein privates Angebot: kein Verkauf, keine Werbung, keine entgeltlichen Dienste, kein journalistisch-redaktionelles Angebot. Eine Impressumspflicht nach § 5 DDG besteht dafür nach meinem Verständnis nicht — die sonst üblichen Pflichtangaben wie Anschrift oder Telefonnummer finden sich hier deshalb bewusst nicht.
This site is a purely private project: nothing is sold, nothing is advertised, no paid services are offered, and it is not a journalistic or editorial publication. As I understand it, the German legal notice requirement (§ 5 DDG) therefore does not apply — which is why the usual mandatory details such as a postal address or phone number are deliberately absent.
Diese Seite gibt es trotzdem. Erkennbar zu sein, wer hier sendet, und eine funktionierende Kontaktmöglichkeit anzubieten, halte ich für selbstverständlich — auch ohne Pflicht dazu.
The page exists anyway. Being identifiable and offering a working way to get in touch strikes me as basic decency — obligation or not.

Ganz unabhängig von der Rechtslage: Privatanschrift und Telefonnummer auf einer öffentlichen Webseite sind ein Selbstbedienungsladen. Was einmal im Netz steht, wird automatisiert eingesammelt und landet in Adressdatenbanken, auf Spam-Listen und irgendwann im Werkzeugkasten für Social Engineering. Genau diese Bausteine machen den Anruf glaubwürdig, der mit „Guten Tag, hier ist Ihre Bank — zur Verifikation bräuchte ich nur kurz …" beginnt.
Quite apart from the legal side: putting your home address and phone number on a public website is a self-service counter. Anything published online gets harvested automatically and ends up in address databases, on spam lists and eventually in someone's social-engineering toolkit. Those are exactly the building blocks that make the call starting with "Good morning, this is your bank — just to verify, could you tell me …" sound convincing.
Die Faustregel ist unspektakulär: Wer nicht muss, veröffentlicht nicht. Wer muss, nimmt eine geschäftliche oder ladungsfähige Anschrift statt der privaten. Und für alles andere reicht eine Mailadresse völlig aus, um erreichbar zu sein.
The rule of thumb is unglamorous: if you are not required to publish it, don't. If you are, use a business address rather than your private one. For everything else, an e-mail address is entirely enough to be reachable.
Datensparsamkeit ist keine Geheimniskrämerei. Es ist einfach die kleinere Angriffsfläche.
Data minimalism isn't secrecy. It's just a smaller attack surface.
